We have implemented and held different initiatives, including:

INTERNALLY

1/ Train employees
Holding masterclasses to highlight D&I topics and educate employees
Recognize cognitive bias, especially during recruitment
D&I guidelines to follow during briefs and production through gamified experiences
Raising awareness and act towards mental health at work

2/ Change our ways
Set up a logbook filled with past events/important information for employees coming back from parental leave
Inclusive job descriptions
Setting up a charter focused on the well-being of all the employees

EXTERNALLY

3/ Support & partner with existing D&I actors
Connected with associations focused on promoting diversity and inclusion in the gaming industry -> Case WIG Brand ID

4/ Add D&I angles in our creative thinking
Implemented D&I topics, issues and problematics in projects
